3 oz (88g) whole milk, or a dairy free substitute link rice or coconut milk
4 eggs
1 tsp white vinegar
17 oz (486g) Whipped Pastry Boutique Vanilla Cake Mix

FOR 24 CUPCAKES OR ONE HALF SHEET PAN (12″ x 18″)
9 oz (250g) vegetable oil
6 oz (176g) whole milk, or a dairy free substitute link rice or coconut milk
8 eggs
2 tsp white vinegar
34 oz (972g) Whipped Pastry Boutique Vanilla Cake Mix

FOR 36 CUPCAKES
13 1/2 oz (375g) vegetable oil
9 oz (264g) whole milk, or a dairy free substitute link rice or coconut milk
12 eggs
1 TBL white vinegar
51 oz (1458g) Whipped Pastry Boutique Vanilla Cake Mix

Instructions

  • 1. Combine liquids in the bold of an electric mixer.
  • 2. Add dry ingredients
  • 3. Combine with a paddle 4-5 minutes on low speed.
  • 4. Bake 350º F. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
